Bloomingdale’s Miss
Disappointed in Bloomingdale’s decision to place a tag through the canvas material of the bag which will leave a hole. I expected to find this bag in perfect condition from Bloomingdale’s after waiting 2 months for it to arrive. Hoping customer service can do something to make up for this.

I'm incredibly frustrated with the service. I wasted time, my points, and my gift card, only to receive a message saying my bag would arrive in three months. It's terrible and incomprehensible.

Disappointing
Very disappointing I ordered the mocha bag as a birthday gift in August only to be told it’s on back order. This the ship date changed twice and now it’s to be shipped next year. However, I’m begin charged as if it’s being shipped now. THIS UNACCEPTABLE, I’VE HAD THIS HAPPEN WITH OTHER STORES. NEEDLESS TO SAY I’M VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Got my girl this bag for her birthday. Well was supposed to. When I checked out the bag was in stock. After about 7 days of no communication I decided to check on my order to find out is all of a sudden back ordered and I can expect it in February of next year. Disappointed that you guys would sell something you didn’t have then put me on a waiting list without notifying me. I thought Bloomingdale’s fell off but I had no idea yall were down this bad. Please run me my money expeditiously.
