Do not recommend. awful customer service

We are very disappointed with Little Chicken’s service. We ordered a $90 backpack with initials and 6 patches, carefully following each step. My daughter loves Taylor Swift, animals, and monster trucks, so this seemed perfect. Customer service later told us the monster truck patch was unavailable—we chose a replacement. When the backpack arrived, it was missing the most important item: the Taylor Swift patch. The company refused to take responsibility, saying the 6 patches “include letters,” which is misleading since customers are directed to pick letters and then 6 patches. Their only solution was a $7 refund for the missing patch. The whole reason we purchased was for Taylor Swift, so my daughter is now stuck with a backpack she doesn’t like. Very poor customer service, misleading instructions, and no accountability. We would not recommend.

Disappointed

Bought this backpack my daughter, she was excited for school to start with her new backpack but one month goes by and schools already started and still haven’t received item. I kept checking status and said in transit but when I called to inquire they just said that it got lost or damaged. If I hadn’t called I don’t think they would have done anything and just kept my money. They also really didn’t do anything to make amends for the situation besides refund the money.
