We have a lot of china in this pattern. And for us, the boarders (gold) is what is fading. It is a very beautiful pattern. I just wish it would have stayed looking new for a lot longer.

Stunning China

I registered for this China pattern many years ago. I ordered several new place settings. They are gorgeous. I received many compliments when I used these for Christmas dinner. The quality is wonderful. Even my much older place settings look brand new!

Beautiful but fades

I bought the set a couple of years ago and with minimal use, I've seen the gold detail on the dinner plate fade away. We are left with only the border at this point. For spending as much as we did - this was very disappointing quality. I absolutely love the pattern and it is stunning in person.
