I ordered a set of 4 plates and was shocked to find that 2 of them arrived broken. The packaging was clearly insufficient, and the quality control seems nonexistent. This is absolutely not acceptable. When customers pay for new items, they expect them to arrive intact and in good condition, not damaged and disappointing. I shouldn’t have to deal with the hassle of returns for something that should have been handled properly in the first place.

Beautiful 9" luncheon plates to accent your butterfly meadow collection. I purchased the yellow color. Very pretty yellow. It will complement any of the Butterfly Meadow collections.

Not white
Plate is pretty but not white. What arrived was very pale green. I tried to google and not sure it was ever released in just white.

I’m in loveeee these plates are so cute and springy . They were so much cuter than i expected them to be. They seem to be made of a hard ceramic and good crafting just be careful not to break them. So cute i’m in love.

Beautiful plates
These plates are super cute!!! They are the perfect addition for a spring tea party. They are made to last by a company that has been around for years. The box came in a little broken, but luckily the plates were intact. They are sealed and easy to clean. Love them!

So beautiful!
I love blue and this shade of blue in particular! These are so pretty, I love just looking at them and using them. Like everything else Lenox, they look and feel high quality. I’m so glad I ordered these. I hope they come out with more pieces that match them soon.
