Amazing stainless pan.

Phenomenal pan. I have LC cast iron, but it's become too heavy for me, and it's hard to use on my glass top stove, so I bought one of these pans to see if it would be a good alternative. I have some other stainless steel pots/pans, but this LC stainless puts them all to shame. It cooks absolutely evenly, it cleans up perfectly, and it is exceptionally well balanced when you pick it up by the handle. Yes it's pricey, but it's the best stainless cookware I have ever used.
