Le Creuset 3.5-Qt. Braiser-First Use

I am excited to say that the color was more vibrant than expected. I first used the pan to saute Italian squash with cheddar cheese added at the end. I was a bit concerned if the cheese would be difficult to clean; however, it was a very easy process and the braiser worked perfectly. I am looking forward to my next cooking experience with this Cast Iron Braiser!

I am truly happy you value my opinion about this cookware. I Have enjoyed cooking for many years, but I was so excited to purchase this Le Creuset braised. I have done my research on different kinds of cookware and this brand Is the best. I like to say it’s a one pot wonder because I’m able to Brown, sauté simmer and serve all in the same pot. It also renders remarkable flavoring. My family enjoys my cooking and it’s affordable. I’m sure I’ll have fun picking out the next piece of Le Creuset signature cookware.
