I have to return this dress, small on me. I have credit on my account over $624 and I was hoping to use it toward my purchase. The Bloomingdale credit department did not return my money back to me. Instead of issue a full amount owes by this store back to me, they converted $150 (my own money what I had after returned merchandise back to Bloomingdale) into rewords points. They issued me $150 in rewords card to spend it in Bloomingdale and return only $474 of my own money. Now, I forced to purchase anything in the Bloomingdale store for $150 in rewords card or I will lose my money!!!!! You can't get your own money back. And that is their policy. I closed my credit card account and would never use this store again!!!!!!!!!!!! Be aware of this store!!!! Would not recommend this store to anyone.
