Hmm, toner seems different

I have been buying this toner for years but something is different with the current formulation I received. Seems paler in color and lacking the astringency of past product. Not terrible but not the same.

Not like original scent

I ordered this toner a couple of months ago and just opened it to use for the first time. Unfortunately this toner does not smell like the lovely original rose scent that I’ve used for the past 10 years but rather has almost a garlic-like smell. I won’t be ordering again.
