Bring it back!

Love this product-have used it for many years and can’t believe it is discontinued! Nothing compares and I am now looking at other brands. I’m so disappointed. This was not a good decision.

Better than the one Lancôme offers today

I really wish you’d bring back this concealer. I loved this concealer and used it fur more than 20 years. It was the best. The replacement doesn’t have the lasting wear and does not conceal as much as this product. The new product is more watery and transparent. Please consider bringing this product back!!

Attention C-Suite!

Please bring this product back! I've been using for years and now buying from wherever I can find as your other products do not compare. Was it too expensive to produce or perhaps had a chemical that needs to be discontinued? I've resorted to buying off independent sites and don't care if it's past it's prime. It's that good. Your sales rep stating the company's upgraded its technology makes no sense. The second explanation I received was the company wants to be more inclusive. How is replacing with other products that don't match my skin tone making it more inclusive? Please re-think your strategy. You lost several disappointed customers over these reasons.
