    Drama Liqui-Pencil's unique hybrid gel formula has the richly pigmented effect of a liquid eyeliner with the ease of application of a pencil. The creamy texture is blendable when first applied and once set, does not smudge, flake, fade or transfer. Available in 8 universal shades with three impactful finishes: matte, metallic and glitter.

  • How To Use It

    - Apply eyeliner as close to lashes as possible for a tight line or gradually increase to create a dramatic cat-eye or smokey eye makeup look.
    - Use the tip of the pencil to fill in any gaps between lashes.
    - Blend immediately after application when creating a soft or smokey look since this formula is ultra-waterproof and sets quickly.

    Pro tips:
    - For those with brown eyes, try the warm and golden-toned colors such as blue, violet and teal.
    - For those with green eyes, line the lower lash line with black to offset any redness, and try purple, olive and copper hues.
    - For those with blue eyes, try brown and bronze tones as well as gold or navy blue.

Still a wonderful eyeliner

The color is one of the most beautiful deep rich black that I've seen in an eyeliner. It goes on very smooth to where I don't have to pull my eye lid. My Issue with this pencil is when you sharpen it the plastic material that's used to in case the liner becomes very sharp and jagged and pokes the eye. I have a very good sharpener and I've used the one that came with a complementary bag from Lancome and I still have this issue. It also makes me use a lot more of the eyeliner because I'm losing half of it to the pencil sharpening shreds.

Not happy

The tip broke off immediately, and even tho, I can sharpen the pencil, a big chunk was lost. Not happy

Not worth the money

I always loved Lancome pencils but this one didn't last long. I felt that it wasn't worth the money. I ended up buying le crayon pencil.

The BEST liner

This is by far the best eyeliner ever made! It stays on the entire day with no runs or smudging. It’s non irritating as well.

Waterproof but not oily proof

I really wanted to love this liner. On dry skin it lasts for ever, but it really doesn’t work for waterlines. I lined the inner corner just on the edge of the corner and to my surprise when i got home it was all smudged and i looked like raccoon. The color traveled throughout the lids too. Now i have wear it on the lash line and then smudge it with a sponge tip brush, then seal it with eyeshadow and it really lasts all day except for the waterlines, that won’t last. Specially if you have oily lids. The drugstore brands last longer on that matter. Sadly for me since this comes in beautiful colors.
