Not only was this order significantly delayed despite the fact I paid for expiated priority shipping, when it did finally ship, they sent the completely wrong color towels. Customer service has been a nightmare. Bloomingdales has went significantly downhill in recent years when it comes to their logistics and customer service. The towels themselves are unremarkable if not overpriced. The only reason I ordered was because they colors matched our boat. Unfortunately, the didn't even send the correct color.
