The dress is beautiful, however came rolled up in crinkled used tissue with scotch tape in a filthy plastic shipping pouch. I would expect better packaging from Bloomingdale’s … definitely will be calling customer service.

I ordered this dress for an important event and Bloomingdale’s sent me a completely different item. The dress I received has nothing to do with my order. Very disappointed because I needed it the next day.
