what’s wrong with Bloomingdale’s

I ordered sz 5 and received only a shoe (the left shoe) with a poor packaging. I called the customer service to see how they’d take this back. She told me I have to ship it back to where it came from. All was done and I reorder again sz 5.5 (there’s no more sz 5). And yesterday it arrived home a pair of shoes of size 6.5! Bloomingdale’s used to be my favorite place to check and buy my things but now I really feel so disappointed with this company.

Gorgeous shoes
