Skins and cuts spirals or strips all at once. And it can core at the same time, what a time saver. Only disadvantage is that sometimes you might need to do a little clean up as it might miss some of the seeds in an apple.

I purchased this sheet cutter on a whim. And I am pleased I did. it is so much fun to create new ways to prepare food and vegetables, zucchini wraps, cucumber wraps, zucchini pappardelle pasta. carrot floretes

Vegetable, lasagna machine.
I bought this attachment a couple of months ago and it is great for making vegetable sheet lasagna. Use larger Veggies as it leaves behind a 20mm core

Interesting vegetable slicer attachment
I purchased this vegetable slicer in November 2023. I have been experimenting zucchini and various potatoes, made lasagna and crispy snacks. Good value and investment. Going to use it more often for office gatherings to display my skills.
