Gutless Mixer
It’s a beautiful small appliance, but I must admit expected more power. I used it to mix cake batter and found it to be a bit less powerful than I’d hoped. My last mixer was a wedding gift in 1975! In its advanced years, it still more powerful than this new one. I’ll keep it because I own a large stand mixer for my big jobs. I suppose this falls into the category of “they just don’t make them like they used to!”
