Scratches from silverware after 1st use :(

I waited for these dishes to go on sale and finally bought them. They are beautiful but after the very first use the plates had gray scratches all over them from the silverware. For the steep price (even on sale) I would expect way better. Needless to say I am heart broken as I loved these dishes but seeing as how they scratched after the first use, clearly beauty over function. I will be returning all of my dishes and am so saddened by this as I absolutely love everything Kate Spade, but these dishes were a total let down.

The Must Have Pattern

I searched around for a nice elegant pattern. I saw this one by Kate Spade and was satisfied instantly. It is very beautiful. I look forward to entertaining using this pattern. The trim on the plates is what sold me on Kate Spade.
