Lovely shoes but worn and came poorly packaged
Loved the shoes but it's clear they have been worn (stains on the heel) + the presentation was such a downer for a luxury item. usually unboxing a jimmy choo is a treat but bloomingdales really needs to work on the packaging - they have been stuffed back into the box in the most uncaring way and huge scratch alongside the shoe box. will be returning.
Wrong size and used!
Bloomingdale's sent these shoes in the wrong size, and they've obviously been worn (the soles are scuffed)! This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

stylish for dressy or jeans True to size and very comfortable. I have Jimmy Choos for years and never wear out

Not the prettiest styled pump
Fit well, but don't love the looks. I don't know exactly what it is - maybe the very small front toe area of the shoe. Just didn't look as pretty as a pump should look in my view. Returned it.

Love these heels. Beautiful and comfortable! Are they worth the price..probably not! But I love them anyway and very happy I purchased them.

Such a classic pump
I love the look but they aren’t a perfect fit so they have to go back. You need one full size bigger in this shoe. I’m normally a 9.5. I ordered an 11 because they didn’t have a 10.5. I hoped…. But they are too big. Sigh….
