Crystals not pearls

I purchased this as a gift, expecting mother of pearl earrings. While the item is pretty, I was disappointed that the earrings are a crystal and not a pearl, as the description suggests.

Beautiful stud earrings

These earrings are the perfect size . The color is very luminescent . I can see myself wearing them for many different occasions dressy or casual . This is my third pair of Ippolita studs so you can see that I really like them .
