USED & DAMAGED

They sent me a used and damaged item...during a pandemic. It’s clearly the one that someone else wrote a 1 star review from (being used/damaged) so Bloomingdale’s didn’t take it out of circulation. They are expediting shipping for a new one but the fact that they did this twice is horrible.

Love my hypervolt!! Highly recommend

I had the theragun G3 pro and gave that away to buy the hypervolt. The hypervolt is amazing, it’s not too loud and has great options for switching the head. Also the different power levels are great with excellent battery life.
