These products are amazing! I felt the difference immediately in bloating reduction with the Flatter Me Fiber! Talks Me Off the Snacking Ledge

I’m using Skinny Bird, when needed, along with the Flatter Me to help curb my hunger. My hormones are a little off currently. I typically use this once or twice a day as directed if I need extra help that day. It seems to help me not snack when I don’t need to eat.
