These are shoes I'd recommend more for the style and street-style design than for comfort. I wear these everyday and while I'd say they're more comfortable than the average sneakers, it doesn't offer the support and cushion that you might expect from Hoka. It's something I noticed from the first try-on and the one thing I can't help but notice in my daily wear. Still, of all the shoes I own, this is the one I reach for to comfortably last me through my work shifts (retail). Also feels great walking around them in the city. I sometimes run in them and it's alright. Sizing: I recommend going for your normal size; if you're between sizes, I suggest opting for the bigger one. And if you have wide feet, maybe size half-size up. My shoe size runs between women's 7.5 and 8, depending on the brand&shoe design (mostly 7.5 for open-toes shoes/heels & mostly 8 for sneakers and boots). Wide feet (i.e. given the option, I go for the wide without hesitation. 3 5/8"). Based on the size chart, I bought the M7/W8. It fit "just right"—maybe a bit too much so—and I contemplated exchanging it for the W8 but just stuck with it. After regular daily wear & activities, I think it stretched a teeny bit length-wise and is a great fit. After a full day of wear, though, the widest part of my feet feels a bit tired. For this, I'd do W8.5 (which I've never worn before) if I were to repurchase. I love the no-tie lace system—it makes putting the shoes on&off or adjusting super easy. I receive "hey cool shoes" comments on these all the time. Overall: I would rec the shoes if you're drawn to it for its appearance/aesthetic and are okay with shoes with just average base support. If you're seeking a pair for the 'Hoka comfort' and optimal podiatric support—these probably aren't it. Color: Stardust / Satellite Grey US Size: M7/W8

Missed the mark
The sole is & construction is the best things about this shoe, but missing the tongue support is an awful oversight. For a casual shoe at this price that detail is important. If they fix by adding a tongue support, I will buy again.
