Disappointed. Dress for VERY tall person.

Yes, I'm short, but the shoulder-to-waist distance, the long sleeves (not ¾),and the length did not compensate for the waist that did fit me. Also, the dress was packaged (even on a hanger with overall plastic bag) -- poorly.
