Elegant blouse

Loved this blouse! Bought this blouse to wear with velvet pants for a Christmas party. I’m petite (5 feet) and although it has an open V neck it was not revealing. Of note, the fabric for the front of the shirt is satin material and the back is knit type. The black color is similar and the different fabrics did not clash.
