Wrong size received for the second time

I ordered a US size 8 (equals UK12). For the second time, Bloomingdales and sent a US size 4 (equal to UK8). The warehouse does not seem to be able to get the sizing right. I am returning the size 4 dress for the second time and will not be ordering any more items by Hobbs.

They sent me the wrong size for the second time. Coursing the UK and US sizing. It’s frustrating and made me just quit ordering anything
