Arrived Damaged; Terrible Response From Hey's.

Be warned that this item ships direct from the manufacturer. Mine arrived with what looked like knife marks across the top. When I contacted Hey's about this issue, I was told scratches were "part of normal wear and tear". My two repeated follow-up emails have been ignored by "Kavita" in customer service. Looks nice, but obvious quality-control issues. Would not buy another Hey's product based on this experience.

Excellent suitcase

This suitcase is very light, but very sturdy. The wheels are smooth and the details are of quality. I have had many suitcases and find this one to be a very good one.
