The mattress seems comfy. But

The mattress seems comfy. But I’m still trying to decide if I like it. I have two big problems with it. First, it sleeps way hotter than I was hoping for. I purchased all the cooling add ons and I am still waking up with sweat. Second, I am still having issues with pressure points in my shoulder. I wake up sometimes with my arm numb. So, again it seems comfy but there are parts of it that I don’t like.

Good Mattress So Far

The mattress is good. My husband wishes there was more support on the side of the mattress, but I don't have that issue. I'm hoping the mattress will be durable and that will justify the high price tag. It is extremely thick.

Not at all like the mattress in the showroom

The Helix Elite wasn’t bad. We actually slept pretty good. The side support was not very good and the mattress seemed to have air in it. When one of us got out of bed the other would float up an inch. The mattress was very thick so we our higher foundation we needed a step stool to get in bed. Just not worth the price. I switched to the Helix Midnight Luxe as this is the one we originally liked in the showed room down in the Twin Cities. It’s been about 30 days. And I about ready to send this one back. It’s so Firm. It’s causing major pain to where I’ve had to take Advil in the middle of the night. I don’t understand how it can feel so different in the showroom, but this is not even close to the bed I tried out.
