Beautiful But Fragile

Beautiful and lightweight. Unfortunately some TSA gorilla forced the lock open and now the zipper tabs no longer snap into the lock without considerable force, and require forcibly prying to eject. This isn't Hartmann's fault unless the lock was substandard to begin with.

Worst bag ever

This is the worst bag ever! The zipper broke the first time we used it! I would never recommend buying this bag and because they make it so difficult to get it fixed or better yet replaced I will never buy or recommend Hartmann!! I am extremely disappointed with Hartmann!!!

Great quality product

Quality product, very lightweight, leather handles and luggage tag are a nice touch. I would have liked more internal compartments, and the one that is there is long but shallow.

A long term winner!!!

The wheels tend to dislike certain airport carpeting which makes movement more difficult. It really would improve the product if it could accommodate a suit sleeve like so many other Hartmann ranges.
