I had to send it back. I love Hartmann and have a set of other cases. This medium one had two things that made me send it back. One, it had no second half, the top just opened and you pile things into the deep bag -- that makes packing and unpacking harder. Second, it was just too thick, it had no gracefulness, unlike my other Hartmann cases. So i'm still looking for a medium size case

I know my bag when I see it
I love how lightweight and easy to use these bags are. They are easy to spot on a conveyor belt because no one else has them, and they travel well. These are well-made and thoughtfully designed luggage pieces.

Excellent quality
Attractive, well made and excellent functionality. While zippers are very good quality they are a little hard to move.

Gets dirty very quickly. Hartmann should provide an optional cover.

Gets dirty very quickly
I really regret buying this. I like the layout but after one flight the outside is completely stained and looks disgusting.

Great Luggage
Haven't taken my first trip yet but looks well made and sturdy. My last Hartmann luggage lasted for years with heavy travel. Hope this does as well.
