Horrible service
I’m a first time customer with Bloomingdale’s and ordered a pair of sunglasses, the sunglasses were set to come in August 21 but were delivered July 22nd I was unaware of this change and was out of town during delivery. The item was not delivered to me and Bloomingdale’s refuses to replace/ refund my item because I’m a first time customer. And for this it would be my last time trying to purchase from them again.

Gucci Rectangle Men’s Glasses. In Love
I purchased these Gucci sunglasses and picked them up from the Bloomingdale location in NYC. This is my very first ever designer purchase. And I am in love! They are amazing and worth every dollar. They look super sleek and super stylish. They go with whatever outfit I have on from gym clothes to a night out, and if I’m just running my clothes over to the wash and fold laundry. I wear them everyday and even in doors because they actually make me feel kind of in disguise. They also come in a super sleek beautiful Gucci case with an authenticity card, a cleaning Gucci wipe to clean off smudges and a smaller gucci bag to carry your glasses without the bulkiness of the actual case. I am in love with my Gucci glasses. I will definitely buy more pairs! 20/10 stars!
