I absolutely love this bag. I had been lusting after it for a while, and I am so pleased with my purchase. I've seen the other comments related to items not having a box, but mine arrived in a beautiful Gucci box too (worked with personal shopper). Very please with my purchase.

I absolutely love this bag in red, it can hold a number of items such as phone , large wallet, keys,pocket size hand sanitizer and lotion. The bag came without signature Gucci box only duster bag. I was able to get Gucci box from the Gucci store and the rep apologize that Bloomingdale’s would send the bag without one. I bought the matching Gucci wallet which did come with a box.

Ok so I purchased this bag beginning of October they said it will ship out by end of oct 30th. 30th comes, bag won’t be shipped til November 23rd I was so upset. Lucky I ended up just skipping this and cancelled they order and get the bag for the original price with the Gucci boutique one time deal where they honored the price I originally paid. This was after much back in forth with customer service and them reaching out to Bloomingdale’s Gucci boutique. I finally went up to store and received my bag package beautiful and wrapped with everything has never been touch. Unfortunately I will not be getting bags from Bloomingdale’s again if I don’t go directly to the brand store. Yes I would recommend this product only if you’re able to go into the store and purchase it beautiful bag but sad that all the prices with Gucci went up.

poor service
I waited 3 weeks for this bag to arrive and it was delivered in a beat up box, shoved in a cheap plastic bag. The bag was also either used or was out on the sales floor for months, as it had marks, scuffs and a small pink stain. I immediately called customer service, but am waiting to hear back. I’m actually offended by the nerve they had to send this bag out to someone and it will be a while before I spend my money at Bloomingdales again (if ever). That being said, the bag itself is a little creamier tan than I was expecting, but it is a good size for holding everything without being bulky.
Great Quality and Perfect Size for me!
The quality is amazing. The leathery scent reminds me of my trips to Italy, so I know this bag is of great value. I am not really a bag person so I always go for cross bodies. I just like to carry my wallet, keys, and phone in my bag (sometimes makeup to touch up). This bag is a perfect size for such.
