Cute & Versatile

I just bought this dress (Westchester NY store). Super cute! Not too short. For reference, I am 5'4. I bought a large (usually I wear a large or extra large in dresses). Nice fit. I am top heavy and the fabric doesn't cling at the top. Very cute and can be worn with or without the belt. I prefer without the belt because I am top heavy (36G) and I prefer for the dress to fit like a A-line dress.
