store promise was broken

Despite the marketing pitch by the sales lady the furniture is not comfortable. We were told that we can ask the furniture to be returned after 3 days but once the sales was completed and we informed the store that we are not happy with it. they refused to take the furniture back. we would like a resolution of this matter as soon as possible
