Disappointed

I’m somewhat unsure of how to rate this tote due to 1) it was misshapen due to being stuffed into a plastic bag too small for it and without any stuffing and 2) the pouch that was supposed to have been included was missing. I think I would have liked it and kept it had it been in the condition it was supposed to be. I am shocked that Bloomingdale’s expected anyone to pay over $400 for this item. Returned immediately.
