This is a wonderful product for breastfeeding mothers. It helps with the milk flow when you have a clogged duct or you just feel like your milk is slow. It has a calming and clean scent. I feel comfortable with the ingredients used. This is great to keep by you while nursing. Simply apply to the top of your breasts at the beginning of your chest, not near the nipple. Shortly after, you will feel the milk flow!

Perfect addition to pumping/breastfeeding essentials
As a new mom who just wants to get it right and will try everything and anything to produce more milk and make the moment more enjoyable I came across this product and was happy to see Frida was the maker. The packaging and application were perfect for moms who do everything with one hand while holding our babies with the other hand. Not only is the tube easy to use with one hand traveling with it was a breeze. It became an essential in my nursing bag. It was effective in helping me produce just a little bit more and smelled amazing. It’s ingredients list helped me feel more at ease that I was using something that was going to be safe for my baby and myself.

Gentle smell, easy use.
After trying few time, first thing I see is the smell is good, so gentle. If I massage few minutes with this stick before feeding, I feel my milk run inside a lot. It brings the comfortable to me when my break clog.

Great
I had used it 2 years ago , I loved the smell ! It's a very gentle smell. I found if I sit and massage my breast with this about 5-10 minutes before I pump, it helps increase my pump amount. It's not going to wildly increase the milk supply but it does help. At first I didn't think it was doing much, but after 1 week I noticed how much it actually helps. I still save it for later if I have one more baby I will try it again… very good for nursing mom..Now my baby is 2 and half years old and I still keep it,

Disappointed
The effectiveness is a little disappointing I was using it for 2 weeks and hadn't notice a difference.Plus everytime I used it I had to wipe it for before breastfeeding.Smells good and feels nice but not useful

Great to use if you over produce
I’m a bit of an over producer so I sleep overnight and don’t pump I wake up extremely engorged even now at 6 months pp. I love using the Frida cooling massage when my pump isn’t getting the last few ounces. After I massage with the stick the milk flows out easier. On average I pump 8-12 ounces a session

Gets things flowing with ease
My niece recently had a baby and this really helped her get things flowing. It's a plus because it's in stock form because it makes it easy to rub and massage with ease. The smell was also nice and I would definitely recommend this to new moms.
