Bloomingdale shipped a wrong color and wrong pair

I was very excited to wait for vara pump in Amaretti, however, the shoes Bloomingdale shipped me is Vara Soft Bow Detail Blue Block Heel Pumps, a wrong pair in wrong color. This isn't what customers expect.

Too wide

Love this brand/style, have several colors. However, I wear a ‘B’ width and Bloomingdales only offers ‘C’ width in this color-which I did not realize…too wide.
