Cute but no wow factor

This dress is cute but it has no wow factor. It is a fine sun dress but it does not stand out. My husband thought it looked like an apron. I am not sure I agree with that but I can see where he was coming from.

Fits below waist, but needs a lot of fixes

Beautiful dress! I feel represented of my Mexican heritage, especially because of the flowers and colors. Just expected better sewing from apparel at Bloomingdale's. The bodice is warped, flattens, and wrinkles at odd places. The tiers are not equal lengths, which doesn't look as flattering as in the photo. The model is way taller, so the dress hems at the knee for her, but it hems at half calves for me. If I didn't have sewing experience, I would've returned it
