Holes in the shirt from pins

ordered this shirt to the store and when we took it out of the packaging and removed the pins, they left holes in the shoulders and back. this is crazy for a $300 shirt. will absolutely be returning.

Great tuxedo shirt!

The fabric is a nice thick but yet light feel with a little bit of texture to it. Looks very sharp on! Of note, the arms do not come in different lengths. If they are too long, they will need to be shortened by a tailor.
