Beware of gift pouches

I ordered the cream which is excellent moisturizes well not at all greasy can be used day or night . However when I opened the gift pouch the three creams were inside the lipliner beautiful color I open the lipstick and it was USED! I am so disappointed in Ester Lauder so was it the person packing the gift pouches which I doubt or are returned items used for gift items consumer beware!
