    Using fingertips, sponge or foundation brush, smooth the liquid foundation over skin. Start at center of face and blending outward.

    Add a little more to build it as a full coverage foundation.

    Find your perfect shade: Choose your skin's intensity level (from light to deep) and undertone (cool, neutral or warm).

    Undertone is the way your bare skin looks and behaves. Which one sounds most like you?

    -Cool (C) undertones: Bare skin has a rosy tone and burns easily in the sun.

    -Neutral (N) undertones: Bare skin is more even toned, not too pink or golden.

    -Warm (W) undertones: Bare skin has a golden or olive tone and tans easily in the sun.

No more full coverage

This new formula is the absolute worst! It’s doesn’t give full coverage and makes me looking casket ready because the shades have changed. I literally have to mix with a different brand to get the look. I’m very disappointed and will eventually switch to a different brand

New double wear foundation

This is a definite downgrade from the old double wear I wore the old one for over 20 years and I am so disappointed that it’s discontinued.. this new one is watery and does not provide the same coverage I wish I could get the old one back..

No skin care in my foundation please

The new formulation is garbage

I've been an extremely loyal EL fan for 20 years. Cool rosy fair skin is extremely hard to match and 1C1 has remained consistently perfect for my skin tone. The formula stays on through out a humid Texas work day and will still look good for a 7pm dinner. Nothing compares to the original and trust me I have tried all the other high end foundations. The sample of the new formula I tried dried down so yellow on my skin tone. Its runny, thin and "buildable" but those layers look too thick! Its a slick, sticky mess that absolutely settles into my lines. Its rubs off my nose and slips and slides all day like wet oil paint. Just an awful mess. If the EU is banning whatever makes this foundation work can't you make an American version? I stocked up a little but will absolutely be migrating to another brand when those bottles are gone. I suspect you will reformulate your skincare to cater to zoomers as well so you will probably lose my business there as well.

Please do not discontinue this makeup is the best one ever the new one too heavy very uncomfortable and very sticky when you touch your skin.

Best foundation ever

Please Estée Lauder don't ever get rid of this formula your new formula sucks it literally made me feel sticky and oily this is the only foundation that helped with my oils !!!!

Thank you, Estée Lauder, for listening to the many, many customers who asked you to bring back the Original Formula Double Wear Foundation. I've been using this product for 15 years and have absolutely loved it. I was completely shocked that you would change the formulation until I read about why it was changed. I wonder if that was behind the change in the original Perfectionist (another beloved EL product that went away). The new formula did not work at all for me. This formula holds up beautifully to Florida's heat and humidity. I used it when my skin was oily and now that my skin is dryer, I still use it and love it, but add a little moisturizer to my routine. Thank you for allowing the Original Formula fans to have a voice in the US.

Love the Original formula

So happy that I can still get the original formula. I hate the new formula. The new formula made my skin oily and felt sticky on my skin. The color was also darker on my skin. So excited to be able to get the original formula again!!😊
