Very Sad!!!
I am very disappointed that the "soft blonde" shade was discontinued. I have used it for many, many years and the soft brown is not the same for blondes. Please return it to the market. I use Estee Lauder product only.

Lovely
Never heavy, very natural- my favorite, at least, the soft blonde was my favorite for years, but sadly no longer available. Maybe I will try the light brown. So happy to see the refill again.

So Disappointed
Please bring back the soft blonde shade of your automatic brow pencil duo, I have used this for years and love the way it matches the color of my brows! The other shades are all too dark for me!

Miss soft blonde
I have 3 brow pencils, one on my makeup tray, one in my travel bag, and one in my purse. All have soft blonde. Very disappointed that this shade was discontinued. I have used it for years. Please bring it back.

Ditto "Blondie"
I too have been using the Automatic Brow Pencil Duo in the Soft Blonde for years. Quite by accident, I had been using the soft brown and the girl at the counter mistakenly gave me the soft blonde. After a minute of grumbling when I discovered the mistake, I decided to try it, and found out I really liked it and the color suited me better. This is the best eyebrow pencil I've ever used, but I'm so disappointed that the soft blonde color is no longer available. Sometimes these things seem so arbitrary to us customers.

what happened to soft blonde???
I have been using soft blonde for so many years. It took me a long time to discover this flattering & natural looking shade. The soft brown doesn't cut it. I am so disappointed and will now be on the hunt for a new shade from a different company.
