Terrific product but the bottles are old

The product is magical. The expiration is valid in 17 months, I am luckier than the customer who bought expired serum below. However, I hope that I am not the lucky customer anymore, every customers should be received great things from Macy to enjoy what we deserve. Merchandise are not lottery anyway, right ^^

Where is the original aroma of this product?

I am disappointed when I received this product. I don't know if the company change the ingredients in the product or if it is an expired product. I am dissatisfied with what I get here. I missed the original one!

product that is already expire!

I received the package today, I was very excited. However my friend remind last time she received the product that was expire. So I used the code under the bottle to check when it was produced online. As a result, I found that its production date was from August 2013. Does this mean that this product has been sitting on the shelf for 6 years and I received it today in 2020? I feel very upset, I think I bought the expired product.

bcoz Im worth it

I JUST TRIED this even it seems expensive. My skin in colorado became so dry and dull then after regularly using this until bottle became empty. I noticed skin became supple and less dry. I just wish its cheaper

NO gift card

This review is not about the product. When I placed this order, the website says I will get 25$ gift card for every 100$ purchase of Estee Lauder. However, it is nearly the end of May, and I do not get the 50$ gift card! I think I need some explanations to this and please send me the gift card as soon as possible.
