Beautiful Jacket But....

Beautiful jacket but the upper sleeve is tight. I don't know if it was a fluke because I am consistently in a 10 or 12 for a fitted jacket. I don’t know if I should reorder @ 12 or go up to a 14. Otherwise its a beautiful jacket!
