Not Man Enough

Purchased this item for a fit 5’9 male. Measured waistband 28 and stretched to 32, which is too small. Must be meant for a boy/teenager,, not a healthy and fit older gentleman.

They are very light and comfortable. They are not tight around the leg, which is nice. They don't feel tight but fit snug.
