do not buy this product from bloomingdales

i ordered this from bloomingdales.com 2 months ago and still havent received it. they keep blaming the brand and say that because its a third party seller- there isnt much they can do. whats the point of having this product on your website if you cant deliver it to your customer? very poor showing by bloomingdales customer service.
