When I first opened the package, I was instantly impressed by the aesthetically pleasing and lightweight design. After turning it on, I was even more impressed by the low noise output. Although you don't feel a strong stream of air (as you would with a traditional blade fan), it moves air so efficiently that a large room can be easily cooled. I will definitely buy more of these products in the future.

Love it!
You won't believe how much cooler and quieter until you try it. I saw a lot of great reviews about how quiet this fan was, but I was also amazed by how much cooler comparing to my old fan, and I didn't even have it on maximum speed. So, try it, you won't regret!

Amazing coolness!
Our Hawaii Island 12x12 bedroom gets very warm and stuffy while we're at work. With 10 fan speeds this uniquely quiet fan chills the air down to a very comfortable sleeping temperature having to reduce fan speed as the room continues to cool into the night. Bought another Dyson for the guest room.

i've had my fan for years and it is quiet and easy to clean and best of all even my dogs knocking it off the table hasn't harmed it.

Not durable or worth the price
Fan did not last six months. Not durable. The motor actually quit working.

Worth it!
Got this fan as a replacement for my broken fan. I've always wanted a Dyson fan, so convenient to clean, easy to assemble, remote is handy, quiet and looks sophisticated. Very nice.

Amazing!
I was hesitant to spend this much on a table fan. Even on sale it is very expensive. I always had ceiling fans in the bedroom to circulate the air, and used it year round. New house doesn't have ceiling fans and typical fan was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. This fan is quiet and the air is very subtle so you don't get blown away one minute then hot the next as the fan rotates. The remote control is great for adjusting the settings as needed without getting out of bed. I am impressed. The look is sleek and understated and the air movement is incredible - a setting for every possible need.
