Beautiful robot vacuum bad at navigation.
Navigation is clumsy. You can’t use this at night even in well lighted areas. This is a day time robot. At night with with the lights on it still struggles. It’s always taking weird routes and paths. Constantly getting blocked air flow message. But there is no blockage. Battery life is not the best. Mapping was a nightmare. The app is bad, lacks features, and reliability. The vacuum WiFi isn’t the best. It’s a beautiful robot vacuum and well made, the device itself is amazing. Hindered by navigation issues mostly.

only 2 sisues so far.. - and i hate to be negative in a review - as i have NOT called for support yet. I think you should reach out first - before posting - but i'm getting these emails. Primary issue so far - i have mapped fhe first floor and created boundaries - it completely ignores them. It's as if there are no definitions - it wanders anywhere there are no physical restrictions. It is picking up doghair well though...

Robot can’t find its way
The robot does not create an effective map. It leaves large gaps in wide open spaces and this defeats the purpose of having a robot vacuum since we still have to vacuum all of the places it failed to map. We tried to create a map five times, open spaces, no objects in the way. It would get stuck in a large closet. If left to its own guidance it would never get out. It would also get stuck in a wide open loft and not know how to get back to the base. I submitted a return request weeks ago and still haven’t received the return label. I own many dysons. This one doesn’t work.

It gets lost a lot and just sits there running. also, I had to run it twice to do all the mapped area.

Bad robot
I am very disappointed in the performance of the Dyson robot vacuum. I have a regular Dyson vacuum cleaner and I’ve had to keep using it because the robot starts cleaning and then goes dark after 10 to 15 minutes of cleaning. And this is on a full charged battery. Something is not right with this machine

STILL NEEDS WORK
THE MAPPING IS NOT 100% GETS STUCK IN SPOTS. WHEN RUNNING IT WILL GET STUCK AND NOT RETURN TO HOME?

The Best robot vacuum I have ever owned
The Dyson 360 Vis Nav is by far the best robot vacuum I’ve owned. It’s powerful, smart, and easy to use. The navigation is excellent—it cleans every corner without missing spots. Suction is impressive, even on thick rugs, and it transitions between floor types smoothly. Emptying the bin is quick, and the design feels durable. It saves me time every day and leaves my home looking spotless. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a truly hands-off cleaning solution.
