Awful fit...baggy like mechanic's jumpsuit

I am 5'6 size XL/16 bust 42D. I purchased the XL and the fit was AWFUL...very baggy reminds me of jumpsuits mechanics wear when repairing vehicles. Not figure flattering at all...in fact adds on more pounds.
