Great Summer candle
If you purchase this with the intent of having a lovely Summer candle that smells like a tomato vine, you'll be pleased. If you expect anything else, you'll be disappointed. I love this candle. I can see myself buying one each summer. I don't often light candles in the summer and it's nice to have one that fits the mood of a summer evening. It smells like what your hands smell like after pruning a tomato vine. It's the best.

It does the trick! A little pricey but if you have pets give it a go
Smells nice, does not do what it claims.
It has a very crisp, sharp basil scent. Does it eliminate kitchen odors? No. Not at all. I have been unable to find a true basil scent since the amazing Henri Bendel Basil candle was discontinued years ago. This is similar, though it's a little too sharp to burn just for enjoyment, in my opinion. By the time you burn it long enough to get a full surface melt (as you should to prevent tunneling) you may find it overwhelming. You decide.
