Eau Duelle Eau de Parfum

Web ID: 1763453Creamy spicy perfection
I'm very fussy about fragrances but Duelle EDP is one of my all time favourites. It starts off with a vanilla that's both chantilly cream rich but also crisp, and wears down to an incredible peppery after scent. I would think that's a terrible combination but I can't get enough of it. The EDT is probably more popular but I find it almost acrid in comparison. The EDP is magnificent. If you go into store to try it, give yourself a good few sprays, then let it wear down and see how it plays. It's an interesting one! Only downside is that it's not super long lasting. Not a huge deal, personally, and my only downside to a gorgeous fragrance.

Paradise ish
I fell in love with Duelle 10 years ago and still repurchase to this day. However I gave it a 4/5 as I’m not sure if it has been reformulated? The scent is still heavenly, divine a comfort vanilla that’s kinda incense like and not sweet. But I find that the fragrance doesn’t last as long as it originally did when I first started buying which is a shame. Will keep buying when I’m running low as it’s a comfort smell to me at this point but know that it’s not the most long lasting…

Lovely, especially in colder months
I tried Diptyque Eau Duelle EDP expecting a simple warm vanilla, but it turned out to be much more interesting. The vanilla is warm and smooth, but what makes it stand out is the touch of spice and soft incense that runs through it. It has a smoky, almost meditative quality that feels calming and elegant. It feels expensive On my skin it lasts around six hours, maybe a bit longer on clothes. It stays fairly close, which I actually like. It’s not loud, but it leaves a lovely impression. It feels wearable and comforting, especially in colder weather or quiet moments. I would buy a full bottle. It’s a refined, grown-up vanilla that still feels warm and familiar without being too sweet or basic.

Amazing
I'm not normally into vanillas but I fell in love with this one straight away after sampling instore and purchased a bottle. It's not gourmand or sickly like many vanillas on the market, but a real fresh and warm vanilla that is very comforting. Longevity is the best of all Diptyque EDP's I've tried. Best for autumn/winter but I would wear this all year round as it's very soft.

One of the best
In my opinion, this is one of the best fragrances that has vanilla as a base. Even though I love anything Vanilla, I find that fragrances with vanilla tend to have an overly sweet scent - not Eau Duelle. It smells so interesting, spicy and warm, which makes it the perfect fragrance for autumn and winter.
