Never again...

Ordered leather shoe and received the suede version instead. Customer service on the phone had a care less attitude when I explained I didn’t have a smart phone or printer to process the return label. Ended up driving about 30 miles to the nearest Bloomingdales to do an in-store return

Great daily shoe

This is the second pair of this shoe I have purchased. The zipper doesn’t last very long but it looks good even after the zipper breaks. Comfortable fit.

Color = Black?

They appear to be more charcoal gray than black to me. The blue accents make it look even less black and more gray when I have them on and I'm looking down at them. I returned them for this reason, primarily. However, I also found the zipper to be mostly cosmetic (and kind of flimsy), since you really need to lace them all the way up regardless of the position of the zipper. Which sort of defeats the purpose in my opinion...
